These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern visitor access to and use of the Planck Power Corporation public website at www.planckpower.com and related public-facing marketing materials ("Site"). The Site is the Stage 1 public surface in the three-stage access architecture defined by PP-UX-001. These Terms do not govern access to the Prime Radiant portal itself; the Stage 3 click-through gate (PP-LEGAL-DISC-001 + profile-specific supplement) governs portal content access. By visiting the Site, the visitor accepts these Terms.
